🏋️🤸🏊‍♀️Train Indoors

A pleasant 25 m swimming pool with a €10 day pass, located right in the heart of the market area, making it an easy and convenient option for visitors. The facility features a clearly visible swimming clock on the wall, which is especially helpful for structured training. Showers are decent and the bathrooms are clean. There are no lockers for storing belongings, though this didn’t bother me, as I simply placed my backpack on the benches next to the pool. A big bonus: between 12:00 and 17:00, the pool is usually very quiet, offering plenty of space to swim without interruptions.

A cozy gym offering a €10 day pass. This facility features a variety of strength training machines, free weights, and treadmills. It also has a single simple cycling machine. If the studio room is free from classes, feel free to walk there. Enjoy the spacious room for calisthenics workouts, jump ropes, free weights, and more.

🏃Run the City

For endurance sports lovers, challenge yourself with a 200m uphill and 5-6km run from the market to Certosa Museo di San Martino and enjoy a fabulous view of the city and Mt. Vesuvius, the active volcano that towers over the Bay of Naples. It is a beautiful place to watch the sunrise and sunset.

🍕 Post-Training Pizza (Takeaway)

Napoli understands recovery — fast, affordable, and unapologetically local. Savor a dish at Pizzeria Sorbillo Piccolina - I purchased two tasty Margherita pizzas for 10 euros, and their toppings are also reasonably priced. In front of it, indulge in an espresso at Taralleria Napoletana, a wonderful bakery to read a book or wonder about your day. In the market, there are many fruit and vegetable stands.

Feel the City

Dive into the charm of the narrow market alleys. Walk to the free Museo Maradona cornerIt showcases the tremendous influence of the soccer player from Napoli. You can also take a 2-3 hour tour to the soccer stadium named after Maradona.

For those looking for a place to work remotely, Minimo Coffee workspace was a great option for me to work on my laptop. It offers a variety of hot and cold drinks drinks, as well as snacks to satisfy your hunger. The WiFi reception was very good.

Vinarte 52 is a nice, cozy pub. It offers chessboards for players to meet and get to know one another. 100 meters along the street, next to the Mura Greche, there are street-talented musicians who are worth listening to.
